WinTil is a collection of utilities that I had originally written for my own use. I have combined the various utilities into one program. WinTil includes a file splitter, program launcher, audio CD player, and other desktop enhancements. Menus may be displayed for items on your desktop or My Documents folder. True Launch Bar is a Superior replacement for standard Quick Launch. All functions presented in Quick Launch are also in True Launch Bar. However, the True Launch Bar is fully compatible with Quick Launch because it uses the same folder for shortcuts. But there is one huge difference.
