PkDecode is a software development kit to decode PDF417 barcodes from digital image. The SDK comes with dynamic link library (DLL) for Windows95/98/2000/XP/NT. The recognition algorithm can overcome multiform defects in images(scratch, smudges, damage, fuzzy code, etc.). PkDecode supports Text, Numeric and Byte Compaction modes.
