Wake up remote machines over the LAN/WAN

NSNetworkToolsXP

Nightshift Computer Software (cc)

It is now possible to cause certain PC configurations to 'Wake Up' (power on) when they receive a special packet. This "Magic packet" is generated using the IP, Subnet and MAC address of the remote computer. By sending this special packet to a dormant computer that remote computer can be caused to "Wake Up" (Boot itself up). The machine's processes, services, events, print queues, etc. can then be managed. See what hardware is installed.

You can: - allow or disallow suspend - choose between standby and hibernation (if supported by your system) - manually suspend your system - have your system to resume after a specified amount of time or at a specific time - configure WakeUp to launch an application or an URL on resume. Note: make sure to quote the path to the executable to launch if it includes spaces.
